ITransactionalOperation	An ITransactionalOperation is an IUndoableOperation that tolerates successive calls to IUndoableOperation.execute(IProgressMonitor, IAdaptable) and IUndoableOperation.undo(IProgressMonitor, IAdaptable) and allows to check whether it has an overall effect (ITransactionalOperation.isNoOp()) compared to the initial state upon construction.
