edited levels based on my levels which where distributed with R&D v3.0.8

boring levels    : 08, 09, 13, 14, 19, 20, 25, 27, 30, 35, 36, 39, 47, 51,
	           64, 66, 67, 70
unsolvable levels: 11, 23, 31

Removed all boring and unsolvable levels.

Filled up deleted levels from the end:
	Level 79 -> Level 08
	Level 78 -> Level 09
	...

general: changed Author name to "Arno"
	 translated titles into English
