mpeg4ip Note

mpeg4ip 1.6.1 is the latest version of mpeg4ip, however, all the provided
source tarballs are broken.  This has been taken note of, and
comments have been made to the author on the Sourceforge forums, but 
the author has not responded.  Further, as of 9/28/07, development is stopped.

The archive in this directory (mpeg4ip-1.6.1.tar.bz2) is a unmodified 
copy of the latest CVS archives.
