MeSHDbi

This is the released version of MeSHDbi; for the devel version, see MeSHDbi.

DBI to construct MeSH-related package from sqlite file

Bioconductor version: Release (3.21)

The package is unified implementation of MeSH.db, MeSH.AOR.db, and MeSH.PCR.db and also is interface to construct Gene-MeSH package (MeSH.XXX.eg.db). loadMeSHDbiPkg import sqlite file and generate MeSH.XXX.eg.db.

Installation

To install this package, start R (version "4.5") and enter:


if (!require("BiocManager", quietly = TRUE))
    install.packages("BiocManager")

BiocManager::install("MeSHDbi")

For older versions of R, please refer to the appropriate Bioconductor release.
